Financial Aid 101 FAFSA, EFC, Stafford, PLUS - Huh? Colleges seem to speak a foreign language when the subject turns to money. But the basics are simple. Financial aid is money that helps you pay for college. Pamela Paynton, Associate Director of UMass Dartmouth's Office of Financial Aid, will demystify the process and help you understand the options to finance your education. If you are planning to return to school or have high school children, this event is for you.
