Description: Jessica Noggle, PhD., is Research Fellow in Medicine, Harvard Medical School, Research Fellow in the Division of Sleep Medicine, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, and a member of the research team for Kripalu Institute for Extraordinary Living led by Dr. Sat Bir Singh Khalsa.

Her primary current focus is in mind-body medicine, especially yoga.

She brings to this work a PhD from University of Florida and a research background in the interdisciplinary study of toxicology. The interdisciplinary approach is critical, she believes, for translating the science into educational and healthcare settings. One of her current activities is leading randomized, controlled trials evaluating Kripalu yoga for adolescent psychological health in schools. In this seminar, she will discuss her early findings as well as the findings of other yoga researchers.
