Description: The Advanced Technology & Manufacturing Center (ATMC) is excited to announce it will resume its Entrepreneurship Speaker Series.

February 14, 2007 "Licensing: All Profit and No Work?"

Jonathan Lourie and Christopher Graham both partners of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge, LLP will be discussing business considerations in licensing technology. Topics that will be covered include business formations, joint ventures, licenses, venture capital, collaborations and acquisitions. Christopher Graham frequently represents borrowers in financing transactions. His clients include four private equity funds, a Fortune 500 company, an international conglomerate with US Operations, several university based start-ups, and many others. Jon Lourie's practice focuses on life science, software, electronic media and technology, and has represented clients worldwide.

These free programs are held at the ATMC in Fall River, MA and run from noon to 1:30 p.m. Attendees have the option of purchasing a boxed lunch with a beverage for $10 or bringing their own lunch.
