Abstract: Marketers love big data, and we love to dig in deep and mine this data to build lead generation. What happens when we dig too deep, take too much info, or don't engage properly with customers in this marketing age, we freak them out! How can we engage our customer’s effectively and where is the canary in the coal mine to help us know when we are getting into danger.
