I will be away from Summer 2010 until Summer 2011 to work as a visiting researcher at the Dept of IT Uppsala University, Sweden. I will be working with Elisabeth Larsson and Axel Målqvist for the hybrid FEM-RBF method. My contact information at Uppsala is here

I have been with the UMassD Math Dept as an Assistant Professor since Fall 2008. I graduated from the University of Delaware with PhD in Applied Mathematics under the supervision of Toby Driscoll. I am interested in research in scientific computing and numerical methods for PDEs; specifically: radial basis function methods, pseudospectral methods, and tear film dynamics.
