Due to the University's growing number of graduates and the desire to make Commencement Day special for all students and their family and friends, the University has decided to split Commencement into two separate days - one for students receiving Master's and Doctoral degrees, and one for students receiving Bachelor's degrees.

Nearly 1,600 students will be awarded degrees this spring.

Each ceremony will continue to be special, including addresses from the Chancellor, special guests, and student speakers. Additionally, each ceremony will be followed by an informal reception that will allow students to take pictures with their faculty and deans and to introduce family and friends to the special people who have helped then attain their degree.
