Faculty and students may view VRC's entire digital holdings at our facility, located in Group VI Rm 253 or the IT labs at Star Store. The digital collections comprise of more than 45,000 western and non-western art works including the modern and contemporary periods.

Access/Delivery

For the sole purpose of classroom instruction and presentation, digital image files may be imported/uploaded directly to PowerPoint, to a USB/Flash drive or CD-Rom .

VRC offers an electronic delivery service that allows faculty to retrieve digital image content from their office desktops. For assistance, please contact the VRC curator at acywin@umassd.edu or 508-999-8701.

Collection Arrangement

VRC's digital holdings are housed within a series of desktop folders and arranged under broad geographical, genre, and topical headings. Within each folder is a series of sub-folders categorized by artist surname, country, community, or tribe.

Please note: VRC is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 4:30, and Tuesday evenings until 7:00. Although VRC makes every effort to remain open during our posted hours; we do close periodically for meetings. If time is a factor; please call ahead for an appointment.
