New Students

New Student Application for Degree and Required Residency Declaration Forms (forms open as one .pdf file)

Please complete, sign and return your New Student Application for Degree and Required Residency Declaration forms. You may return these forms in person or my mail to the University Enrollment Center, Foster Administration Building, 285 Old Westport Rd. Dartmouth, MA 02747. Please attach the appropriate application fee, indicate if your last name is different from the name on your transcripts and if you are requesting degree candidacy for financial aid purposes.

Prior UMass Dartmouth Students

If you were a prior student of UMass Dartmouth; and you have been away for more than one semester, you will need to re-admit back to the University. Please process your re-admission application with the appropriate application fee through the University Registrar's Office. If you have any questions, please call 508-999-8615. Please write on your re-admission application form that you will be attending PCE. Thank you.
