WORKSHOP DETAILS:
I- Workshop on Developing Successful Internet Marketing Plans by Michael McGrath from Kiss Computing
The purpose of Internet Marketing is to increase visitor traffic to your web site, and thus to increase the likelihood of business with those visitors. This workshop will begin with the question: "Is your web site ready to receive those visitors?", and then walk you through some basic but very specific steps you should take in assembling your Internet Marketing Plan.
We'll utilize a checklist work sheet and fill in the blanks forms to help you get your plan started or modify your existing plan. Since Internet marketing strategy is an integral part of Internet Marketing Plan, we’ll discuss marketing strategy development including your marketing mix. Special emphasis will be placed on optimizing your site for an easy find on search engines, email address capture and the use of e-newsletter service bureaus, and the effectiveness of social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
