Festuca ovina 'Glauca'
This grass has a perennial, mound forming growth habit with a height of approximately 12" long and 10" wide, borne from spring to summer. Leaves are narrowly linear, curved with blue green color. In the early mid summer it has shortly branched panicles 4 in long. Most are grown for their foliage and do best in full sun and dry soil. Centennial Gardens and elsewhere on campus. Paula Meireles.
