Pyrus calleryana 'Cleveland Select'
Cleveland Select Callery Pear
Family: Rosaceae

The Cleveland Select Callery Pear has more blooms than any other flowering pear tree. The Cleveland select pear tree is fruitless. The blooms are pure white and occur in early spring just prior to the leaves. During the fall, the tree exhibits a gold or purplish-red coloring. Cleveland Select is grown in full sun. The Cleveland select matures to 30 ft tall and the canopy is symmetrical and 15ft wide. This is a cultivar of the Bradford pear and grows more upright with better branching habits. Hardy in USDA zones 4-9.
