I am currently living alone in a 2 bedroom apartment and seeking a roommate. I am a grad student at SMAST in New Bedford, and the house (this is a multi-family, apartment is on the first floor) has street parking and a nearby bus top. Rent includes water, other utilities split equally. I have a friendly and well-behaved cat, but no other pets are permitted (other than a fishtank). Anyone seeking to rent with me will need to speak with the landlord and sign a lease, as well. Most of the furniture is already supplied, but there is plenty of room for personal belongings. All rooms have ceiling fans, kitchen is fully equipped. Internet/cable are installed and we’d split the bill.
