I have rented a 2-bedroom apartment on the third floor for 2 years but my friend is moving out at the end of January. I am a Civil Eng. Graduate student at UMASSD and will be graduated in the end of summer; I am a non-smoker, clean, and quiet guy, and I am currently looking for a UMASSD student as my roommate. The apartment is located in 5 minutes walking distance to the CVPA (loop bus) and SRTA. It is in a very good condition, partially furnished, with equipped kitchen, laundry, carpet floor, good lighting, multiple closets, and bath tub. The leasing office is on the 1st floor which is very helpful. The first and last month rents are due in the beginning. For 2 tenants, the total monthly expenses would be $815 for rent + around $25 for electricity + $70 for internet, and the rest is included.
