A free online, interactive program developed by the Boston University School of Public Health. This program blends proven scientific methods with web technology to customize a smoking cessation program for you. It provides tools to help you quit, ex-smoker to smoker support, timely emails and lots more. This site also maintains a directory of smoking cessation programs (classes) and many more helpful links.

Try-To-Stop offers online information and an interactive Quit Wizard which produces a Quit Plan and Quit Calendar tailored to meet your needs. This site is part of the Try-To-STOP TOBACCO Resource Center of Massachusetts, funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.

You can also receive support through the Smoker's Quitline at 1.800.TRY.TO.STOP. The Smoker's Quitline provides: information about quitting, individual support to help you quit smoking, referrals to quit smoking programs in your area, and self-help materials.  All services are free. The Smoker's Quitline is a program of the American Cancer Society's New England Division, funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.

Bob Quits & Mary Quits and
Follow Bob and Mary in their attempts to quit smoking. These websites offer day-by-day video segments of their efforts to kick the habit, along with daily "quit tip" and journal entries. Visit these sites for an honest portrayal of what it is like to quit smoking.
