The Abbey Grill is the main training facility of the International Institute of Culinary Arts where patrons can observe aspiring chefs preparing their cuisine in an open-air kitchen. A fiery, rotund brick-oven, original stain-glass windows and massive crystal chandelier hanging overhead add a unique ambiance to this former Congregational Church turned restaurant.

Located inside the Johnson & Wales Inn is the areas best kept secret, Audrey's Restaurant. Dine in our unique, fully stocked wine room. We have an extensive wine list to complement any meal. All meals are served with the culinary expertise that Johnson & Wales University is known for. Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Audrey's features exquisite local and "New American" cuisine in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. On Sunday mornings, Audrey's offers a country-style breakfast buffet. Signature desserts are prepared daily by our pastry chefs and international Baking & Pastry Institute students.
