During his 30 years with the program, Trace Holmes, Spotlight's Program Coordinator, has served as a group leader, large group presenter, mini-course instructor, and group leader coordinator. He has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses at Brown University, as well as AP European History at Dighton-Rehoboth High School.  Susan J. Sylvia,  Program Associate Director, has been with Spotlight for eight years and has served as group leader, web site manager, school liaison, and mini-course instructor.  She is the English Department Head at Greater New Bedford Voc-Tech.
